Mr. AlSaif is founder & the Managing Director of Euro Coast Inc. During his 26-year career with Saudi Aramco, and 35 years of Oil & Gas business, he worked in the Exploration Organization with specialization in seismic field operations, data processing, and data management. With his Family, Mr. AlSaif has conducted a successful import service to Saudi Arabia since 1994, which featured US automobiles, appliances, building materials, such as custom doors, cabinets and hardware. In 1997, his trading company was a critical sub-contractor providing all logistics and government liaison services for a major seismic crew contractor operating in Saudi Arabia. Mr. AlSaif also owns a trading company and a custom clearance company in Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Brbush is a global expert and very well known in marketing Oil & Gas industry. He has been working for 30 years in Oil & Gas industry business. Dr. Brbush had work in different companies and run different positions such as Director of Rawasi Oil Services Company, Director of the Commercial Department at a government Company, General Manager at Rock Oil Company and Manager at Sales Department at Austrian Oil Exploration Company in Sahara Desert, Libya.

Richard (Rick) Chimblo, Ph.D.
Chairman
Rick is a retired geophysicist and active Rotarian. He has over 40 years of experience as a professional, a manager and an executive in the petroleum industry. Since his retirement, Rick has served as President of Rotary Clubs in Texas and Arizona. He has worked on various committees to develop and fund projects to assist the underprivileged children and families of Mozambique, Cameroon, Morocco, Mexico and Guatemala. Rick has used his industry experience to develop financial models and budgets for non-profit groups and Rotary Clubs, successfully registering these entities as 501(c) (3) organizations with the IRS.
Anthony Lewis
Director
Mr. Lewis is co-founder & CEO of EOR Energy Services LLC, a diversified energy company managing assets in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the oil & gas industry. Mr. Lewis is responsible for establishing the corporate vision, prioritization, funding and implementation strategies for EOR Energy Services, LLC and its subsidiaries. EOR Energy Services was a partial owner and the managing partner of Black Elk Refining, LLC from June 2011 through July 14th, 2016. Mr. Lewis served as the Chairman & CEO of Black Elk Refining.
Dr. Panos George Kelamis

Panos is a retired geophysicist. A graduate of University of Athens in Physics (BSc), he obtained his graduate degrees at Imperial College (MSc) and University of Alberta (PhD). His industrial career started with Western Geophysical in Houston, followed by two years at Dome Petroleum in Calgary. In 1985 he joined the R&D department of Saudi Aramco in Dhahran. In his over 30-year career with Saudi Aramco, Panos held several technical and managerial positions, including chief geophysicist and chief technologist responsible for all geophysical research. During 2016-2018 he was the CEO of the Cyprus Hydrocarbons Company. He was the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG), 75th Anniversary Distinguished Lecturer in 2005 and served SEG as Vice President in 2006. In 2009 SEG bestowed on him Life Membership. He was the Technical Program Officer of the European Association of Geoscientists & Engineers (EAGE) and a Board member of EAGE (2010- 2012). In 2010, he received EAGE’s Nigel Anstey Award for his research efforts andinnovation in Geophysics. He has over 150 publications/presentations in international journals/conferences and has received numerous awards. His current interests are focused on Energy and its relation to economic prosperity
